Transcripts & Education Verification

HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS

All seniors will receive a copy of their final transcript in their Senior Packet at graduation.
CURRENT STUDENTS
Current Students needing a copy of your high school transcript, please email or see Mrs. McCamment in the Counseling Office. 
 
You may also request a copy of your transcript through Parchment.  Seniors are given information at the beginning of their senior year on how to create their Parchment accounts (in their senior folder).
 
TRANSCRIPTS NEEDING TO BE SENT TO COLLEGES OR UNIVERSITIES
If you are needing your transcript sent to a college or university, please request this through Parchment
 
ALUMNI STUDENTS
Alumni that graduated in 2016 or later can request your transcript through Parchment or by completing the request formYou may download this form to make it fillable.
 
Alumni that graduated prior to 2016 will need to complete the request form.  You may download this form to make it fillable.  You may then send it back to GCHS by

IVY TECH TRANSCRIPTS

Students needing a copy of their Ivy Tech transcript will have to contact Ivy Tech directly.  This can be done through your My Ivy account.

Please fax a written request TO 812-663-8911.  Phone-in requests for Education Verifications will NOT be acknowledged.
What to include in your request:
  • Maiden Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Graduation Year
  • Signed Release Form
Please note that written requests may take up to 3 days to process.
